DAEHYUN’s SLITTER LINE minimizes the coil losses by reducing “BURR” of the coils, and slits every kind of coils precisely. RECOILER is designed and manufactured not to cause Reel Mark inside the coils, and SEPARATOR is installed to reduce SKELP TELESCOPE while rewinding. After being bound up by the steel binding machine, the rewound skelps are taken out of Recoiler drum in order. Hydraulic Expansion Shaft type Slitter Stand is a ” Digital Scale type” which controls the slitter knives’ position automatically and makes the knives adjustment within a short time. This will be very effective for mass-production. The scraps drop down into the pit, and are removed by Scrap Baller. The Belt Bridle in Slitter Line protects the surface of the sophisticated coils, such as Electric Galvanized Coils, Color Coated Coils, Stainless Coils, etc., from being scratched and gives proper tension on the coils with the belts, rotating at the same speed to produce highly qualified skelps. Leveler type Tension Unit eliminates “BURR” and “CAMBER” of the coils and elongates the coil to make its thickness even which allows slitting operation without Loop.
